Zojirushi BB-HAC10 Reviews

Hundreds of people have bought and reviewed the Zojirushi BB-HAC10, and most of them are ecstatic with their purchase.  Here's what just one person has to say.  For more reviews please check the BB-HAC10 Review Page.

<snip> The Zo mini produces the perfect size loaf for every day. The Zo Mini, on the other hand, produces a loaf that's perfect for everyday use -- we generally eat half the loaf as soon as it comes out of the machine, then finish off the loaf the next day before it goes stale.

In a nutshell: The Zojirushi Mini is the closest thing I've found to the perfect bread machine. It's compact and simple, with a powerful motor, and it produces the ideal size loaf (i.e., one that you can finish before it goes stale). Although I continue to use my bigger machines for holidays, the Zo Mini is now the only bread machine we use on a regular basis. It's a great addition to the kitchen if you enjoy fresh bread.</snip> You can read the complete review here.

So, are there any drawbacks to the Zojirushi HAC10 Breadmaker?  Does it have every feature that anyone could want?  Of course not.  We'll list a full count of cons on another page, but here is just one.

In some of the bigger models of breadmakers your programming allows you to do things like control the time of rise, kneed and bake.  These features are not available on the BB-HAC10 model.  While this machine is programmable, the only thing the programming controls is the delay timer, so keep that in mind.

All in all, I have to say that this is a great bread maker, so if you're looking for an awesome kitchen gift idea, or something for yourself, this is a good choice.
